Experia Box and Receiver returned, not all received?

Hello, I have sent both my TV receiver and the Experia box in one box; however, I just received an email that you only received the TV stuff which doesn’t make sense as they were in one box?? Could you please double check?

Hi @jenny28, good question. There has probably been a little mishap while scanning the received devices. That results in an automated reminder email. You may ignore it :)
