Hello,
I have a KPN fiberglass connection which was working fine until this evening. I have tried restarting the modem and the black switch box, but it doesn't help. The switch box has a red light glowing for alarm. It doesn't resolve upon restarting. I have already contacted customer care but was put on hold for a long time and had to disconnect. Is there another solution for this problem?
