Did anyone find a way to get help with this scam?
I think the answer from KPN that we ‘our fault to search for their number online’ is not acceptable since they do not clearly and easily display their contact number, hence this is happening.
I’m E90 out because my internet wasn’t working, so I think KPN should at least consider helping.
What say you KPN?

You can call our free phonenumber 0800 0402 at any time, no extra costs. If you have to pay after calling us, it means you have not used to the right phonenumber. Instead, you have made use of a service that put you through to us. Usually, these services ask that you pay € 1,00 a minute. You should have been notified of these costs beforehand. If you were not, your best shot is to file a complaint with them, as they did not inform you of the costs, while they legally should have.
From what I understand, you made use of this service, because you could not find our phone number. You can, however, find our phone number on our ‘service en contact’ page: kpn.com/service.

Ik ging dus naar deze pagina.
Er staat dus helemaal niets over een telefoonnummer. maar laat ik maar eens kiezen voor het probleem. Tv.
Na al deze items te hebben aangeklikt en het telefoonnummer niet te hebben gevonden maar eindeloos maal in het doolhof van de begin pagina te zijn gekomen klik ik op. Ik heb een andere vraag en krijg dan de pagina.
Toen ik het echt gebruikte heb ik hel wat andere mogelijheden gebruikt. Maar als je nu op Regel het telefonisch klikt komt het 0800-0402 nummer dat ook direct op de eerste pagina had kunnen staan. Niet echt “Slim”. Maar de schijn is sterk dat iemand andere belangen heeft dan Slim.
