l can't connect the house internet!

Hello, today l got the SMS from KPN for the house internet connection which is activated. 

However, l don't have the internet although l plugged in the cables. 

My customer number is *********.

Could you please check where the problem is ?

Is it related to the phone line ??

I see you have already contacted our customer service. The agent you spoke to planned an enigeer to fix your internet connection.
