Mijn V12 modem loopt regelmatig vast

Hallo KPN,  V12 modem loopt vast, in de log staat dat “WLAN has been deactivated”  en vaak een verbinding opbouwen met een centrale server “TR-069 connectivity to (hengelo0.cust.kpn.net) has been closed”.

 

Wat is de reden dat het Wifi van de V12-modem wel blijft werken maar het bekabelde interne netwerk dan hangt?

Hallo @Thorr eerst even een misverstand wegwerken, een V12 bestaat niet, het is een BOX12.

Gebruik je glas of koper?

Indien glas, heb je de glaskast al eens minimaal 2 minuten van de stroom gehad en daarna de BOX12 een complete fabrieksreset gegeven?

Indien koper alleen de BOX12 eens een complete fabrieksreset geven.

Hallo @Thorr , de door jou genoemde meldingen in de logfile zien er niet verontrustend uit. Het zijn allemaal “Info” meldingen en niets zwaarder. Ik zie deze hier ook. De TR-069 meldingen geven aan dat de Box 12 één keer per uur even naar huis ‘belt’. Dit moet te maken hebben met het remote beheer van KPN. De WLAN meldingen maken deel uit van het opstartproces, jouw Box 12 is waarschijnlijk net opgestart. Heb jij net zoals ik KPN Experia of SuperWifi? Dan zal bij jou de wifi op de Box 12 ook uit staan.
