Network registration failed

Dear all,

I came to the Netherlands last year with an oversea sim card. Initially, I choosed KPN as the carrier, and it worked for a few months. However, I could not connect to it later. Every time I selected KPN, it said ‘Network registration failed’. I cannot use this oversea sim card in the Netherlands now. Does anyone know where the problem is, and how I can fix it?

Thanks in advance.

Hi @michaellxli . Welcome to the forum.

Who is your provider?

China Unicom

Do you know if they have a deal with KPN to provide signal in the Netherlands? Have you tried other ISP's in the list?

I think they have because it worked for the first three months and it was carried by KPN. I tried vodafone and T-mobile but none of them is successfully connected.

I am afraid you wil have to contact your own provider and ask them for a solution.
