In many cases it is possible to install the modem yourself and an installation mechanic is not required. In the case of a fibre connection an installation mechanic is required, and if you are not sure how to do it yourself or you simply prefer a mechanic to do it for you it is always an option. The quickest way to call the customer service via 0800-0402.
