actually I am a internet user of kpn

but unfortunately my WiFi connection isn’t work 

could help me to solve this probl

Hi @Emon, welkom to our Forum and thanks for your message! 

It is of course not nice that your WiFi does not work, especially in these times. Can you indicate whether it is only WiFi, or also wired internet and / or television? Can you also check which lights are lit on your Experia Box, and in which color? It can sometimes help to restart (power off, de-energize and power on) your Experia Box or reset it.
