Can't add mobile product in MijnKPN

Hi, I just subscribe to a new mobile 1 year plan, SIM only. I activated my SIM, got the link to create my ID, then I can’t go further on the app, I can’t add any product, I do not receive SMS, I don’t know what’s wrong, when I enter my phone number to link my plan to my account it says there is no plan/contract existing with this number. Please can you solve this issue cause it’s been 2 days now I am stuck ! thank you
