KPN Prepaid app is not loading

Hi kPN, my i have a problem with KPN prepaid app . It is not working it is stuck on loading screen with the logo of kpn . It is not entering the app. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it again , switched off and on then again reinstalling it but it didn’t worked. I even restored my Iphone 11 pro max but then also it is not working. The image the issue is given. It is stuck on the loading part of the app for hours. Every other app is working fine except KPN prepaid. 

Please provide a solution to it.

Hallo @Varisha ,

Op dit moment is dit een bekend probleem, waarbij de prepaid app niet goed opstart op een iPhone. De ontwikkelaars bij KPN zijn hier al mee bezig, hopelijk wordt het snel opgelost.

Opwaarderen via de app kan op dit moment daardoor ook niet, maar dat moet nog wel lukken als je het bijvoorbeeld via de website doet: Prepaid opwaarderen.
