hi my prepaid sim card has been blocked because I put the code in wrong more than three times. I have two sims on my card and thought I was entering the code for the other sim.

Can it be unblocked?

Hi @CCsfkluashfouha

If you make a mistake entering your pincode three times in a row, you’ll need your PUK-code to unblock the simcard and create a new pincode. Please make sure to use the correct PUK-code as entering it wrong 10 times will make the simcard useless. It will be permanently blocked then.
You’ll need a new (replacement) simcard then.

You’ll find the PUK-code on the plastic card in which you received your simcard.

Otherwise you can find your PUK-code by filling in this form on the KPN website:

@CCsfkluashfouha  Welcome to the KPN Forum. I see that RBxx provided you with assistance, where you able to unblock the sim? Please let me know if you require any further help!
